Our customization process is quick and easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Upload a Photo: Choose the photo you'd like to use to create your cartoon character and upload it to us. The clearer the photo, the better the result!
- Place Your Order and Pay: Once you've confirmed your design requirements, place your order and complete the payment.
- Receive a Proof for Confirmation: Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, we will send a proof of your custom cartoon design to you for preview via Email or site messager.
- Confirm Your Proof: Please carefully review the proof to ensure the cartoon character meets your expectations. You can request minor adjustments, and we will revise the design based on your feedback until you are satisfied. Once you approve the proof, we will immediately begin production.
- Production and Shipping: After proof approval, we will promptly arrange production and ship your exclusive custom stickers! Please refer to our shipping information for delivery times.
A: A design proof is a preview image of your custom cartoon character that our designers have created based on your photo and requests. We send you the proof so you can give your final approval on whether the cartoon character meets your expectations before production, including likeness, expression, details, and more.
Your proof confirmation is essential because custom products are unique and cannot be resold once produced. Your approval signifies your acceptance of the final product and is our authorization to begin production. This ensures that you receive custom stickers that you truly love and are perfectly personalized for you!
Once you approve the design proof, we will immediately arrange production. As custom products require a production period, we typically complete production and arrange shipment within 1-3 business days. The exact shipping time may vary slightly depending on order volume and production conditions. Thank you for your patience. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your package's status.
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, and because the design proof has been approved by you, we do not support returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.
We will provide returns or exchanges if the issue is related to print quality, such as:
- Incorrectly printed sticker design, missing print, or blurry printing.
- Sticker material or size significantly differs from the order description.
- Stickers are received damaged or incomplete, severely affecting usability.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you encounter any quality issues, please contact us within7 days of receiving your order and provide relevant photo evidence. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

While we do not offer returns or exchanges for non-quality issues on custom products, we highly value customer satisfaction.
